Treehouse Paddle TAB - Tree Fort Hardware
Tree Fort Paddle TABs are used for a variety of ways when you need to attach a structural member to a tree. Ideal for treehouse platform or stair building, it combines a notched-beam “paddle” plate with an integrated threaded lag that anchors into the tree. Unlike screws or typical lag-only fastening, Paddle TABs are intended to be used with through bolts for a more secure connection—great for knee braces, small platform support, and picking up lightly loaded or unsupported corners.
Paddle Tabs are commonly incorporated into entry stairways, smaller platform extensions, and secondary support points where you need dependable strength without overbuilding.
