- As a small but growing business we do our best to ship orders out within 2-3 days of the date of your order, Monday through Friday.
- All domestic shipments are shipped with the United States Postal Service. Please use an address where you receive USPS mail.
Although most Priority USPS packages arrive within 2-3 days after we ship them out, this timeframe is NOT guaranteed. The only method of shipping by a guaranteed arrival date is by freight. If you would like to set up a freight shipment, contact us at orders@
- Note that the estimated arrival time of a shipment does not take into account the time it will take us to process your order prior to mailing. For example, the 2-3 day shipping estimate of Priority USPS mail does not include the average of 2-3 days that it will take us to process your order before we ship it.
- Due to the variability of processing and shipping times, we recommend you place your order with plenty of time in advance of when you will need it.
Shipping large hardware orders:
If you are ordering a package of hardware, please consider reaching out to us to set up a freight shipment; this way the hardware can be crated and shipped to your destination by a guaranteed date. Without a freight shipment, the hardware will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with insurance, but there will not be guaranteed arrival date.
At this time, we do not ship hardware internationally. However, we may consider your order if you are willing to pay the high cost of international freight shipping and customs. If you meet these conditions, contact us at orders@
- We do everything we can to ensure that international shipments do not get held by customs. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no additional fees to collect packages held by customs. We are not responsible for these fees. Please order at your own risk.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
- We offer refunds and exchanges on returned products for 30 days after the date of your purchase. Once 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com. For all other return questions/concerns, please email us.
Please keep in mind the following policies regarding refunds and exchanges:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- The original cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
