Shipping & Returns
We offer local pick up! We are located in Fall City, Washington. If you would like to avoid shipping and arrange a pick up - please e-mail email@example.com and we will set up an appointment.
- As a small but growing business we do our best to ship orders out within 2-3 days of the date of your order, Monday through Friday.
Although most Priority USPS packages arrive within 2-3 days after we ship them out, this timeframe is NOT guaranteed. The only method of shipping by a guaranteed arrival date is by freight. If you would like to set up a freight shipment, contact us at orders@
- Note that the estimated arrival time of a shipment does not take into account the time it will take us to process your order prior to mailing. For example, the 2-3 day shipping estimate of Priority USPS mail does not include the average of 2-3 days that it will take us to process your order before we ship it.
Shipping large hardware orders:
ALL hardware shipments are shipped UPS Ground unless you select USPS Shipping or have special instructions for delivery - please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to accommodate.
- We’re pleased to offer a digital download version of the Instructional Guide and ALL plans for our international customers. Click here to order the guide. Click here to order the plans.
- However, due to high costs, tariffs and complications/delays with packages at customs, we do not offer international shipping for treehouse hardware. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do ship all "soft goods" internationally.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
- We offer refunds and exchanges on returned products for 30 days after the date of your purchase. Once 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com. For all other return questions/concerns, please email us.
- All hardware returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Please note: there are NO REFUNDS on the digital download of the Instructional Guide or plans.

Please keep in mind the following policies regarding refunds and exchanges:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- The original cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
