Free US Shipping: All Tree Fort Hardware, Tiny Treehouses, and Treehouse Point Collection
Processing Time: We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 days of the order date, Monday through Friday.
Delivery Time: Most Priority USPS packages arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, but this timeframe is not guaranteed. The only method guaranteed by a certain date is by freight. Contact us at orders@nelsontreehouseandsupply.com for freight shipments.
Processing + Shipping: The estimated arrival time does not include the 2-3 days it takes to process your order.
Large Hardware Orders: Shipped via UPS Ground unless you select USPS Shipping or have special delivery instructions. Email orders@nelsontreehouseandsupply.com for accommodations.
International Shipping
Availability: Limited International Shipping is available. Check out as usual to see associated costs.
No Discounts: Taxes and shipping fees are generated automatically and cannot be discounted.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
How to request a return, refund or exchange?
Eligibility: Refunds and exchanges are available for 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items: Replaced if defective or damaged. Email orders@nelsontreehouseandsupply.com for exchanges.
Restocking Fee: Hardware returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
No Refunds: On digital downloads of the Instructional Guide or plans.
Return Instructions: Place a note in the package specifying if you want a refund or exchange, and mail to:

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange delivery times may vary based on location.
- For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
